Mature Stilton and Ruby port pate served with chutney, salad garnish, Ciabatta bread (v)

Chicken Liver Parfait served with salad garnish, toasted ciabatta & chutney

Main Courses

Oven baked fillet of Natural Haddock, lemon scented rice, Mornay sauce

 

Roast turkey en-papillote, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, jus
