Turkey en pappilotte ( the method of roasting in a bag to retain moisture) with orange and garden herb butter, pork, shallot, chestnut and sage stuffing, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, gravy

Steak Cassoulet – chunks of steak slowly cooked with shallots and mushrooms in rich jus, douphinoise potatoes

Roast Lamb, cooked with rosemary, served with roast potatoes, jus, Yorkshire pudding

Grilled Swordfish served with creamy mushroom, chorizo and coriander sauce, lemon scented rice

A diamond pastry case filled with sauté of mushrooms, caramelised red onion, peppers, topped with grilled goats cheese, tomato coulis (v)
