A diamond pastry case filled with salsa, topped with goats cheese, served  with Napoli sauce

 

Duck and orange salad dressed with French dressing  

French onion soup served with warm bread 

Main Courses

Steak cassoulet cooked in red wine jus served with douphinois potatoes 

Crispy belly pork served with potato and red onion rosti, pan gravy 

Fillet of Sea Bass served on citrus mash, Mornay sauce

Vegetarian Wellington with caramelised onion, mushrooms, peppers and Camembert encased in a flaky pastry  

Desserts

Passion fruit crème Brulee served with hot rum and chocolate sauce 

A selection of cheeses from our cheese board, accompanied with cheese biscuits, red apple
